We are looking for a senior Product Engineer who can take ownership of building, scaling, and improving high-impact digital products at CreateBytes. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to turn ideas into reliable, scalable, and user-focused solutions.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end development of products and key features.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
  • Make strong technical decisions around architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Review code, improve engineering practices, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Identify technical challenges and drive solutions from idea to production.
  • Continuously improve product performance, reliability, and scalability.

What we're looking for

  • 8–10+ years of experience in software/product engineering.
  • Strong experience building and scaling production-grade products.
  • Strong understanding of system design, architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
  • Hands-on coding experience with modern backend/full-stack technologies.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
  • Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
