HRM

Challenge
The problemHRM's existing system struggled with efficient member activity oversight, integration of health devices, and community engagement. They needed a solution to effectively track and display fitness metrics while connecting multiple gym locations.
Approach
How we tackled itCreateBytes undertook a 5-6 month project to overhaul HRM's digital ecosystem. We focused on rebuilding the admin dashboard from scratch and developing new iOS and Android apps. Our approach emphasized creating user-friendly interfaces that would seamlessly integrate all aspects of gym management, from member data handling to activity tracking across multiple locations.
Process
How we workedWe developed a robust admin dashboard using Next.js and Django, while creating native mobile apps with Swift and Kotlin. The process involved comprehensive integration with various fitness devices and designing intuitive interfaces for both administrators and members.
Outcome
What changedThe new HRM ecosystem has transformed their multi-gym management. It provides powerful oversight tools for administrators and an engaging platform for members. This comprehensive solution has positioned HRM at the forefront of gym management technology, fostering an active and well-connected fitness community across their locations.

We delivered an advanced admin dashboard that streamlines management across all gym locations. Built with Next.js and Django, this intuitive interface provides comprehensive insights into member activities, workout data, and health metrics. It enables efficient oversight of the entire gym network, from tracking individual member progress to analyzing performance trends across different branches.

Complementing the dashboard, we developed feature-rich mobile apps for iOS and Android using Swift and Kotlin respectively. These apps offer members a seamless experience for tracking workouts, participating in inter-gym competitions, and engaging with the fitness community. A standout feature is the competitive mode, allowing members from different branches to compete against each other, fostering engagement across locations. The apps also integrate smoothly with various fitness devices, ensuring accurate health and workout data collection, and include robust community features for event management and social interaction.
